We have four offices: in US, Spain and UAE. But many work remotely; you can find our employees both in the U.S. and in Bangkok. It doesn't matter where you are, as long as you are available during working hours.
At imaga, you don't have to wait for years to get a raise or a promotion. We have built a clear grading system: from day one, you know what to do to earn more or get a new position.
Our workday lasts eight hours — that's all. Overwork, we think, is a problem. If a person is overworked, we send them on a day off or even a vacation. Conversation about work in chats is taboo on weekends and in the evenings.
We all communicate as equals, from the company founder to the trainee. We don't like conflict, toxic pretentiousness, or sermonizing. Instead, we encourage soft learning, mutual respect, and simplicity.
And we must support them in this. That's why we develop trainings for the team, hold meetups, pay for training and participation in conferences. We also help write articles and prepare reports.
